Mudaridge

Mudaridge is built from mud bricks which were made from the dirt on the site. The thermal mass of the bricks keeps the house cool in summer and when the wood stove is on in winter, the house stays toasty. The living area is oriented toward the north using passive solar to warm the concrete slab. The windows were handmade from recycled hardwood.

Mudaridge comprises a separate open plan Living Area Wing and a separate Sleeping Area Wing. the Sleeping Area comprises 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 14 people as well as a games room (with sofa bed to sleep 2 additional people).

Dogs (maximum 2) are allowed at Mudaridge if we agree to your request when you make your booking. Please note that there is no dog proof boundary fencing, so owners are responsible for the control of their dogs at all times. However, there is a fully enclosed dog run with 2 trampoline beds. Paralysis Ticks are common in our area, so please be vigilant in checking your pets for ticks and a paralysis tick preventative is recommended.

The Non-peak Period minimum cost per night is $250 (for 4 people) for a minimum 2-night stay. Additional nights are charged at $250 per night. Additional adults are charged at a rate of $40 per person per night and children (under 16) are charged at $20 per child per night.

The Peak Period (eg NSW school holidays, long weekends, public holidays) minimum cost per night is $300 (for 4 people) for a minimum 2-night stay. Additional nights are charged at $300 per night. Additional adults are charged at a rate of $45 per person per night and children (under 16) are charged at $22 per child per night.

To secure a booking a 50% deposit is required by direct deposit. The balance is payable at least 7 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your booking more than 8 days but less than a month before arrival we retain 50% of the total booking amount paid by you. If you cancel your booking less than 8 days or 8days before arrival, we keep the total booking deposit amount paid by you.
