The minimum rental is $400 per booking.

  • $120 for the first couple per night.

  • an additional $30 for each extra adult. 

  • an additional $10 for each child under 18.

    • We accept cheques, direct deposit, cash or post office money orders.

    A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking .  

     The pricing below is for NSW school holidays and long week ends. Considered Peak times.

  • $160 for the first couple per night.

  • an additional $40 for each extra adult. 

  • an additional $20 for each child  between 13 and 18. 

  • an additional $10 for each child 12 years old and under.
