The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed and a walk-in-robe. The second bedroom also has a queen bed but with an ensuite. Both of these rooms have french doors that open out onto the view and a secluded sitting area. The third very large bedroom has four single beds. Then there are two smaller bedrooms which each have a single bed. In the rumpus room there is a three seater couch which is a sofa bed (double). The rumpus room is far away enough from the main living area that the kids can watch a DVD or play table soccer without disturbing the adults. The main bathroom has both a bath and a shower with a separate toilet and laundry (washing machine).
